Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

Follow software development processes based on agile methodologies
Participate in user story identification and analysis in an agile environment
Collaborate effectively with peer members, partners and other support functions when required
Deliver high quality code, own validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, troubleshooting, testing and knowledge sharing

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

5+ Years of Relevant IT experience
Proven history of experience in developing and debugging enterprise products/ applications.
Strong and hands-on Java skills
Expertise in modern web frameworks, including GUI JavaScript libraries
Excellent object oriented programming skills and familiarity with backend programming including databases
Experience with source control management tools (GitHub, Jenkins) and with Agile Life Cycle Management tools (Jira, Zenhub)
Experience building restful APIs and Web services
Exposure to SQL / NoSQL database technologies including Mongo, and DB2
Familiarity with WebSphere Transformation Extender and B2B Integrator is a plus
Experience with Agile principles and executing Agile methods
Experience with deploying container-based cloud applications and CI/CD pipeline tools

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of JAVA software development experience
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team

Job Description:



Technical Architect JD:

· Meet with technology managers and the team to discuss the goals and needs of the company

· Create E2E architecture and take into detail approach documents

· Design scalable architecture systems for web applications

· Code critical architectural features and / or frameworks using latest state of the art technologies

· Identify the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the company's architectural goals

· Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks

· Perform validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the environment

· Assist the dev team with application integration

· Conduct system performance tests

· Complete systems reports

· Display advanced knowledge of software architecture

· Have curiosity and the ability to pick up new technologies

· Create innovative solutions on the Azure platform

· Deploy functional websites, programs, and applications in a cloud environment

· Provide support and code reviews

· Act as a self-starter with the ability to lead solution creation and mentor

· Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

· Be and have a user-centric mindset and advanced problem-solving skills

· Experience working and collaborating in agile development teams

· Assist with design and architecture of our Azure infrastructure and cloud applications, including security and network configuration

· Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts and technical specifications

· Deploy functional websites, programs, and applications in a cloud environment

· Provide support on design and code reviews

· Act as a self-starter with the ability to lead solution creation and mentor

· Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

· Bachelor's / Master's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science

· Minimum of 12 years of IT experience with 4 years of application architect experience.

· Minimum of three years with Cloud solutioning experience in Azure

· Minimum of two years as a lead developer

Proficiency with Java full stack, Spring Boot, React, Node, various open source technologies , CI/CD, Test Driven approach.
