Introduction

We are looking for a developer with .NET experience for the Document Management Services team
Strong analytical and technical ability to support development activity for mandatory projects, and solution design and build.
The person will be responsible for technical build/development & implementation activities and work across releases for all applications for different business functions across BUK.
The role will require work to be undertaken on multiple projects at a time, collaborating with Designers, PMs and Senior developers as well as support and Infrastructure teams during and for the release of software components within the project scope, ensuring quality and timeliness of the delivery.
Support end to end testing for the projects and perform Service Introduction and change management activities.
You will be key in providing support for our applications within the Document Management Team, including supporting and maintaining our APIs.
You will be working with other developers locally and supporting development of apprentice developers, as well as with other team members in India and New York.

What will you be doing?

Work as a hands on Developer on Document Management applications. Take accountability for self-reviewing code and performing unit testing.
Working as a collaborative team member and support the team to achieve their goals
Participate in Go / No-Go meetings and provide inputs from technical side.
Participate in Post Release Reviews to ensure all lessons learnt on technical things are documented and incorporated in future releases/projects.
Closely work with Project/Release managers & support them in all activities during the entire life cycle of the project. Assist with tracking and scheduling of deliverables.
Identify key design/build issues and develop options and recommendations to resolve.
End to end accountability for technical delivery of assigned projects with high volume and quality outputs.
Occasionally providing 3rd line support in investigating production issues and providing resolution
Producing and maintaining application code along with accompanying automated test suites

What will you be doing?

Deal with customer queries and ensure appropriate resolution is offered to be able to manage customer experience and NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Process transactions in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed/accuracy
Handle customer requests with the support of clearly defined scripts and processes. Adhere to the Service Level Agreements specified by the client / process and ensure adherence to time schedules
May have the authority to release and verify funds across a variety of systems used by the department. Deal with customers and may be required to identify, log and escalate complaints and resolve queries by tracking them internally and escalate upwards if necessary
Responsible for the management of own daily workload, to ensure telephone enquiries / queries are dealt with in an efficient and knowledgeable manner to meet the demands of the business grades of service and ensuring that all unresolved cases / queries are allocated to the respective areas
